Clutter. Not only is it annoying to look at, but it also dredges up different emotions. When I used to confront my messy closet I’d feel irritated due to my total lack of organisation. I couldn’t find what I was looking for and half the time I had stuff I’d forgotten existed.
I’m Mili, and I am going to introduce you to what I call my evolving closet. These are timeless pieces that you should never be without. They can be mixed or matched with what you already have, as well as new items you buy along the way.
Many people have taken the first step towards becoming a vegan. Some have failed and continued with their old meat habits, but many have succeeded. The ones who do swear that their life has changed positively and forever, and that there is no turning back.
In our overly materialistic culture, we tend to believe that the more we have, the more important we are. If we have shiny cars, we’re rich. If we have well-to-do friends, we’re popular. If we have the biggest house with the nicest landscape, we’re respected.
Exercise is regarded to have protective qualities against the onset of depression. Regular exercise may help prevent the onset of depression, reduce its worst effects should it occur, and help to speed recovery. Similarly, regular exercise is known to help with stress reduction and building resilience against stress, but only recently have we discovered the biological mechanisms involved.
