Inspire Others by Sharing Your Story
We believe one of the best and most effective ways to help and inspire other people is through the sharing of personal stories.
What’s Your Story?
Have you overcome some personal trauma? Maybe you’re an amputee? Maybe you’ve overcome or learned to live with a condition or disease? A great story is one that comes from the heart. It is personal, thought provoking and therefore helpful. For example:
- An eating disorder
- A broken heart
- Job loss
- Mental health issues
- Separation or Divorce
- Sleep problems
- Sexual assault
Have You Personal & Positive Recommendations For:
Digging below the surface and revealing how something made you feel and/or react is so much better than saying how tough a time you’ve been having.
Reader’s are moved by what’s genuine. They may be happy to learn from what you’ve been through and what you discovered along the way. This may relate, for example, to how you’ve grown as a person, or the insights you developed along the way.
Keep in mind this site focuses on positivity. We love to show how resilience can overcome emotional and/or physical barriers.
Please don’t copy from other blogs (including your own). Minimum requirements are 500 words, but longer articles (1,000 – 1500 words) tend to do better.
Please do not embed links as these will be removed.
We do not pay for submissions, neither do we review books, products or services via Share Your Story
If we approve your submission we’ll contact you. We may want to make some minor editorial changes but your approval will be sought before doing so.
Your article will then remain on our site and receive consistently high levels of exposure, both via site visitors and various social media outlets.
Respect the boundaries
If your article is a thinly-veiled promotion for a product or service, it simply won’t be published. If you wish to advertise please review the guidelines for contributed content.
